EAGLEMUN II Registration
7:30 AM - 8:00 AM
Middle School Field
One advisor for each delegation must attend registration. Delegations are encouraged to complete registration as early as possible to avoid long lines.
Opening Ceremony
8:00 AM - 8:40 AM
Middle School Theater
Required for everyone. Seating zones are assigned at registration.
Committee Session I
8:45 AM - 10:15 PM
Various, check committee locations upon arrival
Delegates will be escorted from the Opening Ceremony to their committee rooms by their chairs.
Break
10:15 AM - 10:30 AM
Middle School Theater
Free time for delegates to take a break before returning to committee rooms.
Committee Session II
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Various, check committee locations upon arrival
Delegates will be escorted from the Opening Ceremony to their committee rooms by their chairs.
Advisor Meeting
10:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Middle School Theater
At least one advisor from every delegation must attend. Takes place during Committee Session II.
Lunch
12:00 PM - 12:45 PM
Middle School Patio/Field
Lunch will be provided. Delegates are encouraged to bring extra cash if they wish to purchase items from the gift shop, the proceeds of which will go to our non-profit partner.
Committee Session III
12:45 PM - 3:30 PM
Various, check committee locations (same as Committee Session I)
Delegates will return to their previous committee location.
Closing Ceremony
3:45 PM - 4:15 PM
Middle School Patio/Field
Required for all students. Awards will be presented during Closing Ceremony.
