How do we submit position papers?
There is a form on the website to submit position papers, as well as format suggestions, but here is the link for convenience:

Should I bring cash?
We will be selling baked goods and snacks from different cultures at our multicultural bake sale. These can be purchased with cash; we would recommend that delegates bring no more than 20 to 30 dollars cash with them, if they are interested.
Is there a dress code?
At EAGLEMUN, we encourage our middle school delegates to wear Western business attire, but we do not require it—we don’t want anyone to go out and buy a suit just for this event. Many high school delegates attend conferences wearing suits, but many others wear slacks with a sweater or blouse. Our number one priority is that our delegates feel comfortable in their attire.
What's for lunch?
Delegates will be served pizza and accompanying sides for lunch, paid for by their registration fee. There will also be a bake sale during the day, where delegates can purchase baked goods and snacks with cash that they brought. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact us at eaglemun.bwscampus.com. Our proceeds will go to our non-profit partner, Bridging Tech. It is absolutely optional; feel free to send your delegate with their own snacks or lunch if they desire to have them during the day.

What's the technology policy?
Delegates will not be permitted to use phones in committee or pre-write any clauses for working papers before the conference. Delegates, do not rely on your research being on your phone. Delegates will be allowed to use computers for research during the committee, thus we encourage them to print research and their opening statements for easier access. We will also have a printer available during the day in the Middle School Library, if they would like to print research. If your delegate does not have a computer or does not want to bring one from home, they will be able to collaborate with others who have computers while writing working papers. We will have Brentwood WiFi available for delegates to use during the day.
What should I bring?
Delegates should arrive at Brentwood with their research and committee preparations printed on paper, writing utensils, blank paper or Post-it notes, a water bottle, cash (if desired), and a computer. We will have these items in case your delegate forgets them or does not have access to them. The sticky notes, pen, and pencil can be used to communicate with other delegates throughout the committee. If a delegate does not have access to a computer, they will be able to collaborate with other delegates on their devices during committee.
How will the conference be accessible?
We will accommodate all delegates however we can. We have elevators and ramps available that can access all areas of the conference. If delegates have specific needs they would like from their chairs, feel free to contact them at their emails on our website or talk with them privately. If your delegate would like additional assistance, please let our Secretariat know and we can help them to the best of our ability.
How do we get there?
Brentwood School is located at 100 S. Barrington Pl., Los Angeles, CA, 90049. All delegates must enter Brentwood through the high school entrance, which is located at the intersection side of S Barrington Pl. and Chayote St (across the street from Kreation Organic Juicery). The entrance is past a large black gate in front of the Brentwood Middle School, a modern concrete building with red-accented windows. Security will direct cars down the ramp to the steps of the middle school. Look for EAGLEMUN volunteers who will escort your delegate to registration from those steps. Parents, security can direct you to park in the parking lot if you plan to stay for the conference or would like to walk your delegate to registration. Parents and legal guardians are welcome at EAGLEMUN and are free to silently observe their delegates during committee.
